Clean Space Specialists Referral Agency LLC
(DBA Clean Space Specialists)

This Terms of Service is a referral agreement made between CLEAN SPACE SPECIALISTS REFERRAL AGENCY LLC, doing business as Clean Space Specialists (“Agency”), and the client (“Client”).

CLEAN SPACE SPECIALISTS REFERRAL AGENCY LLC is an Employment Agency/Domestic Referral Agency assisting clients seeking independent house cleaners, carpet cleaners, and other domestic service providers, in accordance with California Civil Code §1812.501(h) and AB-5.

Client has requested Agency’s services to identify independent service providers to perform housekeeping services at Client’s residence.

1. Privacy Policy

Clean Space Specialists respects your privacy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared only with subcontractors or service providers strictly for operational support (e.g., customer service systems).

SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and consent records will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Digital photographs may be taken on-site for internal records or marketing purposes only with respect for client privacy. No private or personally identifiable information will be publicly shared without consent.

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Opt-In (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Clean Space Specialists uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in via our website forms, scheduling tools, or service inquiries.

Types of Messages

Text messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Scheduling updates

Service notifications

Technician arrival alerts

Post-service follow-ups

Occasional promotional or marketing messages related to residential home cleaning services

Consent

Messages are sent only to individuals who:

Voluntarily provided their mobile number, and

Gave explicit consent to receive SMS communications

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency may vary based on service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Typical messaging may include:

One (1) appointment confirmation

One (1) technician-on-the-way notification

One (1) service completion message

Occasional promotional messages

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to:

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Referral Service

The Agency recruits and registers independent domestic workers and refers them to Clients. All Service Providers undergo an interview process regarding skills and availability.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time service is scheduled. Client authorizes Agency to charge the payment method on file.

Referral fees are reasonable, negotiable, and based on a fixed percentage per the Agency’s fee schedule.

No refunds are issued for completed services.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance incur a $99 cancellation fee unless waived by Agency due to a qualifying emergency.

6. Lock-Out or No-Show

Failure to provide access results in a $100 lock-out fee, unless excused by Agency due to a qualifying emergency.

7. Service Provider Performance

A post-service walk-through is required. Any dissatisfaction must be addressed directly with the Service Provider at the time of service.

8. Direct Hiring Prohibited

Client agrees not to directly hire a referred Service Provider during the term of this Agreement and for nine (9) months thereafter without notifying Agency.

Violation results in a $5,000 finder’s fee.

9. Performance of Services

Service Providers operate independently and are solely responsible for service quality, performance, and conduct.

Agency is not liable for service issues and shall be indemnified by Client.

10. Independent Domestic Worker Status

Agency is not the employer. Client assumes responsibility for applicable employment taxes and compliance.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Use of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

12. Termination

Client may terminate or replace a Service Provider at any time.

13. Attorney’s Fees

Client agrees to pay reasonable enforcement costs, including attorney’s fees.

14. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by California law. Venue is Orange County, California.

15. Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures are valid and enforceable.

16. Service Fee

A 3.05% service fee applies to all bookings.

17. Refund Policy

No refunds. Fraudulent chargebacks incur $750 in liquidated damages, plus service costs.

18. Background Check Requests

Agency may provide attestation of background checks upon request, subject to legal compliance.

Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless (COVID-19)

Client assumes all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and indemnifies the Agency.

Jury Trial Waiver

Client knowingly waives the right to a jury trial.

Discount Policy

Discounts apply to Deep Clean or First-Time Cleanings only and are limited to one use.

Acknowledgment

By booking or signing electronically, Client confirms acceptance of all Terms.
